We offer free shipping worldwide on every order, no minimum required.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and another update when it's delivered.

Returns & Refunds

Every LumbarFlex brace is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee, starting from the day your order is delivered.

• To start a return, email us at ecommftr@gmail.com with your order number.
• The brace must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll confirm the return address once your request is approved.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it — in that case, we cover the return shipping cost.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

EU customers

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no reason needed, under the same conditions listed above.
